About this workshop
1 in 5 Australians will experience a mental health problem in any given year. That means that every person is likely to know someone who is experiencing a mental health problem. Anyone can have a conversation that may save a life. Everyone should know how!
Women are more likely than men to experience Anxiety whereas men are more likely to experience depression and substance use disorders. Join this safe circle of like minded women who want to hear about supporting others through a woman's lens.
