2020 taught us the reality that employee wellness is so much more than an employee benefit. A true focus on wellness amongst our teams is a key driver of performance. Pre-COVID and throughout 2020, Culturise have continued to drive cultural growth in large and medium sized organisations. Businesses driven to achieve higher performance through creating cultures that focus on the employee first. Cultures that align purpose of the individual to that of the organisation. When these two things align, performance happens and with it comes increased trust, openness and importanty accountability.
Sessions of 90 minutes each week allow for a combination of content and interaction rich experiences. For those who are particularly time poor, we schedule these sessions over period where people traditionally lunch, so you may like to bring your refreshments along for an invigorating mind shift. Your series will be supplemented with daily 'Click Repeat' inspiration and reflection and use of world leading engagement technology to support your weekly goal setting - for which we will personally help you stay accountable to! You will also receive a personal weekly follow up from your group leader and access to online chat. Great value for great growth!
